This session aims to provide valuable insights into how IPAs can harness ICT and AI to streamline their operations and improve investor engagement. Specially, applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within IPAs promise significant benefits, including enhanced decision-making capabilities, more personalized investor interactions, and improved operational efficiency.

Through expert presentations and case studies, participants will gain practical knowledge and innovative strategies to enhance their agency’s efficiency and effectiveness. The session will commence with a keynote address by SAP, followed by a presentation by UN ESCAP on the usage of ICT in the Asia Pacific Region. Officials from two IPAs (GAFI from Egypt & Guidance from Tamil Nadu, India) will share their experiences with usage of ICT and two IPAs (Estonian Investment Agency & Invest India) will then discuss their innovative use of AI in operations, focusing on applications like chatbots for investor queries, AI-driven lead generation, and data-driven decision making.
