Fostering Connections and Strengthening Partnerships
In WAIPA’s evolving role, from solely connecting Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) to also bridging businesses and investors with IPAs, WAIPA Executive Director and CEO, Mr. Ismail Ersahin, held a pivotal meeting with Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s Secretary General Mr. Haktan Akın.
Their discussions highlighted the critical role of industry in driving sustainable economic development and the importance of deepening strategic partnerships. During the meeting, Mr. Ersahin briefed Mr. Akin on WAIPA’s active global role in the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and its initiatives to enhance global business and investment landscapes.
Mr. Ersahin also extended an invitation to Mr. Akin and the members of the Chamber of Industry to attend the 28th WAIPA World Investment Conference in Riyadh, scheduled for November 25-27, 2024. This conference will offer investors opportunities to unlock international partnerships, enabling them to foster significant investment initiatives on a global scale!
