WAIPA (World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) have jointly organized a course in “Effective Investment Facilitation and Sustainable Development” in Turin, Italy during 15–19 MAY 2023. The curriculum is to empower FDI professionals to strengthen their investment promotion and facilitation strategies.
Participants were from different countries around the world and they have learned about several topics like Sustainble Developemtnt, FDI trends, tools for attracting sustainable FDI, responsible business and investments, linkages between FDI and local businesses, ftercare and planning and strategy.
